Delivering your goods
All Goldstone Peru purchased goods are delivered to our UK customers using the UK Royal Mail's service.
All Goldstone Peru goods purchased by customers from outside the UK will be delivered using the UK Royal Mail's Airsure or International Signed For services. The costs are as follows:
- UK Delivery: All prices include recorded delivery via Royal Mail
- Europe Delivery £6.50 for small items (hats, scarves and gloves)
- Europe Delivery £9 for large items (ponchos, jumpers, coats)
- USA, Canada and Australia: Delivery £8 for small items (hats, scarves and gloves)
- USA, Canada and Australia: Delivery £13 for large items (ponchos, jumpers, coats)
At Goldstone Peru we aim to dispatch your goods within 3 working days of your payment being received. Should there be any delays with your order, we will contact you immediately to advise you. Whilst we make every endeavour to supply items in a reasonable timescale we cannot accept any liability for late delivery or failure to fulfil an order in a particular timescale.
We will keep you informed and you will receive an e-mail to confirm receipt of your order, when the expected despatch date is and when the goods have been despatched.
We currently deliver to the following countries: United Kingdom, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden. We also ship to the United States and Canada
We can deliver to other countries but please contact us to discuss the details. Please note we do not take orders from one country and ship to another. If you are resident outside of the European Union, your purchase could be subject to your country's of residence taxes and import duties and you will be expected to declare the purchase and pay any tax. Should any parcels be opened by your country's of residence customer or damaged in transit are not Goldstone Peru liability. Should the customs of your country's of residence decide to return any goods, we will deduct the shipping costs incurred from refunds.
How to return purchases
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 10 day money back guarantee. Please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receipt of your intention to return the product. We will provide you with a return code to include when returning your product. Items returned must be sent in excellent condition, unused, with original and packaging and paperwork in order to qualify for refund. The items must arrive at our offices within 14 days of our despatch date to you.
We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery should you wish your items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent and not received by us. We reserve the right to refund your purchase excluding the delviery costs incurred. The postage cost incurred by you is not reimbursed.
All Goldstone Peru products are of the highest quality and examined before shipping. However, in the event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund (at your discretion) on receipt of the faulty goods. They must be returned within 10 days of you receiving them complete with packaging.
For smooth processing of your replacement product, you must contact us first with details of the fault and item you wish to return along with details of when the item was purchased. We will not accept returns unless authorized first either via e-mail (preferred method) or by telephone and returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip. If the product is indeed faulty, we will refund any postage costs upon request. We suggest that you use a signed for delivery service and use recorded delivery should you wish your items to be insured. If recorded delivery is not used, we cannot accept responsibility for any returns sent and not received by us.
All products (unless otherwise stated) are guaranteed for 6 months from purchase for defects. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, wear and tear or damage caused by misuse of an item. This returns process does not affect your statutory rights.
